GoPro Hero 9 Black Overview
GoPro has launched its 2020 new GoPro Hero 9 camera for all the vloggers and photography lovers. It has come with a few designs and internal changes in its new device over the past GoPros. The new model comes with a bigger body, bigger battery, and ultimately a bigger price.
Design
GoPro Hero 9 offers its users the option of a removable lens. This time it provides a dual display with a 1.4-inch sharper and brighter LCD at the front and 2.27 inches main screen color display at the back. Comparing it with Hero 8, Hero 9 is bigger and slightly heavier with a small bump around the camera at back and 5-6mm wider. Thee total body weighs at around 158g, the Hero 9 is heavier than its predecessor.
Front and Rear Screens
There’s a new 1.4-inch front-facing color LCD that will be useful for framing your shots when you have the camera pointed towards you. The new display isn’t touch-enabled. You do get the option to choose center close up, Actual Screen, Status only, and off on the display.
The main screen comes with a 2.27 inches touch display with touch zoom. The display is larger than Hero 8. Hero 9 still has large, dated bezels and feels noticeably slower when responding to touches and swipes.
Battery
The device packs 1720 mAh that will provide 30 percent more battery life as compared to its predecessor. It is a significant upgrade from the 1220mAh battery that Hero 8 offered. Hero9 coms with the same USB-C port, microSD card slot, and battery compartment on one side. It has also start/stop button on the top and the power and mode button on the side.

5K videos and others
GoPro Hero 9 can now capture videos at 5k 30fps and the overall resolution has also increased from 12MP to 20MP. It offers a wide-angle video capturing mode with its 5k video recording at 30fps. 4k videos can be recorded at 30fps and 60 fps,2.4K at 120fps and 1080p at 240fps. The GoPro Hero 9 Black has a removable lens cover. That allows you to add other lenses on top of Hero 9.
As for stabilization, we get HyperSmooth 3.0 and the new thing this year is an in-camera horizontal leveling option when shooting video in the linear frame.TimeWarp 3.0, you now get a half-speed option. By simply tapping the display, the new TimeWarp 3.0 mode now lets you slow down your hyper-lapse videos to real-time speed with audio or half speed for a slow-motion effect.

GoPro hero 9 Availability and Price in Nepal
GoPro has launched its latest Hero at the price point of $449.99 and can be bought from GoPro official website. Well, there are no official announcements for the launch of GoPro Hero 9 in Nepal. But it should be available in Nepal within 2 months. We expect the GoPro Hero 9 price in Nepal to be around Rs. 65,000.
